With eyes on the Monster Good Friday ride it was a small group of Alex, Malcolm, Ronnie, Paul and Matthew for a nice quick spin of the legs.
A flat route was decided out through Knaresborough, Staveley, Arkendale and Goldsborough, so nothing too tough. First piece of excitement was Malcolm having to brake as someone pulled across in front of time and he flew down into Knaresborough, but make managed to eloquently describe his thoughts using a single word that rhymed with a small rodent.
Malcolm headed home at Farnham, maybe feeling some of his Tan Hill ride from the day before in his legs, leaving the 4 of us to finish off the route of which 80% was done without lights…summer is on the way.
Nice ride, and certainly looking forward to when we can add in a beer in the sun at the end.
