Ride With Us
The Cappuccino Cycling Club is very informal and intended as somewhere for road (drop-bar) cyclists to join up with other likeminded people for some good cycling in some of the finest countryside in the UK.
Meeting Point
Outside St Aidans School, Oatlands Drive, Harrogate (opposite St Hilda’s Road entrance).
Ride Times and Details

Thursday Night
Depart at 19:30 for a ride lasting up to 2 hours covering a distance of approx 25 miles.

Glad you enjoyed it Nick. See you soon. James
Thanks for the ride today guys. I think the tea cake broke me!
I hope to see you all again when my legs have recovered. Tiz
Cap guys.
Would like to join you but am new to cycling and worried about not holding people back and frustrating the group. Which session is the best one to join for a first go. The evenings work well for regular attendance as usually embroiled with children’s activities at the weekend.
Simon.
Hi Simon,
Our Sunday rides normally average about 15mph. We are looking to run a slightly slower ride if we get the numbers on a Sunday to warrant it. You may want to try a Tuesday or Thursday night first to see how you get on. We normally ride about 25-30 miles on an evening ride.
Hope to see you soon.
James
Hi Guys
So can I just turn up on a thursday evening for a ride?, pretty worried about being outclassed as I am pretty new to cycling but have managed a couple of sportives and am just wanting to learn really…….
Hi, yes – more than welcome to turn up on Thursday evening for a ride. if you can ride a sportive, then you can ride with us. We are also looking to introduce steadier rides on a Sunday morning too if the demand is there. James
